Delivery times
Orders to the United States arrive within 7–13 business days. Orders to all other countries arrive within 10–15 business days. These times include order processing.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International orders
There are no additional fees on international orders. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.

Possible delays
Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may happen during peak seasons, holidays, severe weather or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we will help.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
